Do not go to this place go somewhere else. They will do anything to get you approved. Customer service is really horrible, and disgusting. Every month as I made a payment it was always on repossession list, for what reason I don't know. This place will not help you there contracts read the fine print. Please I urge you to go to a different place there's a reason for reviews online. My payday landed a few days pass the due date not even behind they repossessed it. I've had the worst experience anyone can have at a dealership. I bought a 2021 Chevrolet nice new fall in love with my kids fell in love very spacious truck for my family and myself I have 3 kids 7year old 9 year old and a 6month old baby. Worst place and worst customer service. Don't go there. Warranties should be cancelable if I will no longer own the vehicle. They don't go over paper work properly and add things you don't need. When you call there's is always a fee for some reason
Way over priced they really do people who don't have good credit or any social security wrong especially Mexicans since most can't take out a car out of an actuall dealership , yes u get approved but pay overpriced I got told I was gonna pay 28k for my car turns out I'm gonna end up paying 48k FOR A HONDA ACCORD 2018 sound crazy
horrible me and my boyfriend got cars from them in fontana and both of our cars broke down not even a week after buying them! they are saying they will fix it but they have had my car in the shop weeks and havent sent the mechanics the payment and they want me to keep paying it! they are horrible i do not reccomend them at all please dont go there!
Worse experience ever yes they help you leave with a car , but I just got a car damn near 3 days ago from them and it stopped on me on the freeway I recommend nobody ever go here no way I should be having car problems when I just bought the car I'm so angry don't even waste your time EVER you will most definitely regret it
STOP!!!! YOU WILL BE ROBBED!! DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. This place has horrible customer service, will repo your car without cause, if you request to speak to a manager they will not let you. The reps are rude, belligerent and condescending. No one ever answers when you call the auto shop. Took me 2 months to get a response at the body shop to get hung up on. Ganas Auto in their Facebook ads say that all that is needed at their dealerships is: 1. ID 2. Proof of residency 3. Proof of income They also stated that they don't do credit checks! That's not true!!! They do a credit check just the same. So that's FALSE ADVERTISING!!! So since they lie in their advertising on Facebook it raises the RED FLAG as to what other lies they are hiding from prospective buyers!
