This by far is the absolute worst dealer ever!!! We bought a vehicle from them in February, for months we had been asking for the registration they kept coming up with excuses. My husband ended up getting a ticket for no registration, a 1300 ticket. Finally they sent us the tags after told them about the ticket dated 8/27 which was long after the ticket. We asked them to differ 2 payments to help make up for the ticket. They agreed we have it in writing, then bam they repo the vehicle without cause when we have paperwork. I ... read more
I purchase a car 2 months ago and my transmission went out, they send me a tow truck 2 days later and I called to check on my car and they haven't check my car, I will drive to El Monte ganas auto and figure it out, as of now I give it 1 start and I'll update this review if they actually help I will not pay a car note if I don't even have the car they got me messed up
I had been treated so badly by this shady operation. I had to see legal representation for this vehicle. I had extended warranty and they refused to help me as well.. The Auto repair in El monte was taking my car out and racing it when I left it with them. I trusted them and they totally broke my trust. I had the best hopes for good experience and they shattered my hope. I say Run as fast as you can away from this dealer. They are unethical
Check engine light came on 3 days after purchasing car. Customer service is rude & confrontational (that's if they ever answer). Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is trash, just like the cars they sell. It's been 3 months since I got my car and they "fixed it" 3 different times already but it's still giving me problems.
