Having trouble with vehicle and only 2 months in. Tricolor talking about no mechanics were available to check vehicle then they checked battery and notice it was factory battery but never checked vehicle. Joanna has been very helpful tho.

So horrible! Been lied to and customer service is the worst!. They are great when you first get the car, then it goes down hill from there! They don’t even report to the credit Bureaus so it isn’t helping our credit. They lie and say that they do but we haven’t seen anything on our reports for a year!
I had a wonderful experience when i came to get the car. But when i got my car i was told i get three free oil changes. When it came time for the first one i was told i did not get free oil changes. Then i got a little behind on my payments. After i spoke with a man about getting cought up and making my payments due on my payday we came up with an agreement.
