As far as the quality of work and final appearance, we are extremely happy. The only reason we chose a rating of 4 and not 5 was the lack of communication about the starting time on day one. We had been told a crew would be here at 9 AM. At 11:00 no one had showed up and no one even called. When I called Tyler, I was told they should be here by 1:00. The arrived at 4:15.
