Had such a wonderful stay here at Garden Gate. The staff was so nice and helpful. Therapy was great. I would have to say my overall satisfaction with this facility was excellent, I don't often say the word excellent unless I mean it. I am even going to write a letter to the administrator expressing how much I enjoyed my stay there as well as names I have written down on paper who had helped me along the way. Thank you Garden Gate for all you do.

Have been here 3 times so far and would go back again if needed. I am treated like family there. When I have been asked about which facility I would like to go to , I always pick Garden Gate, not only for the great therapy they have there I actually always say they are my A Team. Without them I wouldn't be going home so soon. I am so grateful for the Garden Gate staff.

Had no complaints for my stay of 6 weeks. It was close to my home. My family and I were informed about my care. Also management's responsiveness to the patients suggestions and concerns was excellent because I had requested a private room,there were none available at the time I arrived they made sure I got one when the next available one came up which happened to be the next day. Great service.

Therapy is excellent at Garden Gate the entire staff is there for you and go out of their way to help you get better, if it wasn't for them I would not have been able to go home. Met so many nice people there.

My wife years ago had worked for a health care facility and felt like me ,the quality of care by all was outstanding. Everyone was so nice and caring. She was in to see me everyday and even ordered the meals and really enjoyed them to. Garden Gate was also close to our home which was very convenient for my family. If needed I would come back again and I know my family would also come here.

I was here for awhile and throughout my stay here I really got to know the employees. They would always say my name in passing as though they have known me forever. Always happy and smiles that would brighten anyone's day. They make you feel like family. I will miss them, they were apart of day for so long.

My admission process went pretty good considering I was in pretty bad shape when I got here. What a great bunch of people. I received outstanding treatment from a fantastic group of nurses and CNAs. At night when I wanted a little desert and wanted some ice cream they would bring it to my room for me, I really liked that they would do that for me. I'm going to miss the therapy team when I go home, you can't beat working with Jon! He takes his time and pushes me but in a nice way. He is honest with me about my goals, and very caring. Everyone in therapy works together as a team and makes it an enjoyable experience! The aides are always around when I need help, I can't seem to say a bad thing about the place. I really recommend Garden Gate for a rehab stay!

My admission process was so quick and easy. It was great. Everyone was excellent. The RN's were so wonderful you can see the compassion that everyone has. I would have to rate my overall satisfaction with this facility as a excellent minus.
