Special shout out to Casey, who was the perfect person to meet me on labor and delivery, already at 10 cm upon admission, and encouraging me throughout all the pushing! Your techniques really helped keep tearing to a minimum and every time I was wanting to give up she knew just what to say to give me just enough energy to push through!
