We had a great experience with the sales team during our recent visit. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and well-informed about the vehicles. I was able to make an appointment for oil change and was greeted right upon arrival sadly the oil change took 2hrs.
The wait time was too long. I had an oil change. It was within 2-2:30. That was ok. They told me that I needed windshield wipers. They did not check them. I had just replaced my wipers brand new. My dealership closed up. I guess I’ll be coming to your dealership not sure though. It was during Spring Break. Maybe that’s why it was chaotic. There were customers there from morning to mid afternoon. They were very frustrated. It was good to be close to the See’s Candy Store.
