"Service was great!" Via was great! Her customer service skills were excellent and she was very pleasant! She was very knowledgeable! Unfortunately, we were unable to make a deal.
"Surprisingly nice experience." Doug, was very helpful and patient. Was very happy that he was the one I would up with. Only issue is with up-sale of peripheral things. When in emergency/panic mode, I don't want to hear about anything other than what is going on at that moment.
