Jax needs votes for Pet Of The Year!
Just took one of my Goldens for her annual exam!! $437.00. included a 12 pack of interceptor plus for 149.90 AFTER rebate. when i got home i checked their OWN online pharmacy and the same med was $114.00. Really, how do you justify that? In January I brought one of my other Goldens for her annual Life Time study exam which is a very thourgh exam including bloodwork , DNA testing etc. a month later I was told she needed her annual physical!! But they dont like it if you ask questions. YIKES. Moving on.
Maybe they could not ask me to have my husband call and verify me on the account after going there for 12 years. WTF so rude.
Have been bringing my two cats there for nine years for grooming. But I called today and was told they no longer do grooming for cats, only dogs, because it is now outsourced to a private contractor. Terrible!!!!!!
This place only cares about money, they don’t care about your pets or keeping business with loyal customers! Customer service is horrible!
I have recently decided not to bring my dog back to the doggy day care program after she returned one evening with not being able to put any pressure on one of her back legs. This happened back on January 30th and my dog is still suffering from the injury that occurred there almost two months ago.
