The outcome was not what I was hoping for, but she crossed that rainbow bridge pain free and a very loved girl. they took great care of my little cat pippa squeak! she had to be spayed and the day of they texted my phone to let me know how she was doing! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
I brought my very sick cat to these wonderful people for the first time this past Monday and was absolutely blown away by the level of care she received. She had been spayed at another facility in Worcester and it the incision site was severely infected. The technicians here treated my cat like she was a person. Everyone was so kind and patient with her and exceptional knowledgable about how to treat her. I will only be taking her and any other pet I may have back to them. Thank you so much to all of the staff!
They have the most caring staff and veterinarians, I have very much faith in all of them, they took the time with my dog, explained everything, most compassionate group of people
