I recently had my chihuahua in for daily hospitalization and everyone who touched my girl treated her like the most important patient and made me feel at ease during a very tough time. they never pushed tests on me that were not necessary, and even suggested againt things even knowing I would've said yes to anything to help my dog. they even offer a text line to reach them easily and they respond promptly. this clinic also offers urgent care. th... read more
I've been going here for the last 13 years with both my dogs. For surgeries, checkup, and shots, when my dogs realize where we are going they don't have to be dragged in, they go in willingly. they've been amazing each time I've needed them,
As a professional pet sitter who was a bit out of my element in having to take a pet to a vet for the first time in my career, I was really grateful for and impressed by Garland Animal Clinic for how professional and compassionate they were, from the receptionists, to the techs who came out and interviewed me, to the actual veterinarian who came out and chatted with me afterward. I have been going to Garland Animal clinic for over 20 years. I have had dogs with various issues from diabetes to seizures and heart problems. Dr Taylor is the smartest lveterinarian out there, she cares for all my animals with respect and care! I love the whole clinic but Dr Taylor is the best!
The staff and doctors were great with my dog. We came in for a same day appointment. We were not forced to do expensive testing. Instead, the doctor discussed symptoms and possible options and the costs associated with the treatments. I was very pleased with the overall care and service.
I spent months worrying about my puppy needing to get spayed, and if I could manage to swing the cost. I saw their ad for May and they were able to schedule her within a few days of my call. Every step of the way they kept me informed and comfortable. My puppy is a handful and figured out how to get out of her constraints twice after her spay, causing her incision to open. loosing a pet is hard enough, thank you for being so very kind. Dr Brohaski (sorry if i botched that) was extremely caring as was all the staff. making the process as personal as we needed with no rushing or judgment. I'll definitely recommend 🙏❤️
