I had a pretty terrible visit. I booked an appointment for a cleaning on the phone and it was my first time going to the office. The first issue occurred before I even arrived. Their system is unable to receive secure emails and could not receive the file of my xrays from my previous dentist. I didn’t find this out until I arrived and they had me call and figure out what was wrong when they were the ones with the issue.
