Judy contacted COVID19 while at the facility and died from it. Protect your residents better or don't take new residents until you have this virus under control.

We do our very best to protect everyone in this facility and I care about everyone. It saddens me when someone passes on my watch. COVID is a serious virus and when someone catches it, we do everything possible for them. We follow everything precautionary measure and guidelines that CDC and Department of Health instructs us to do. We just had a Infection Control Survey on 11/6/2020 with no citations. I would not recommend to anyone. The staff and nurses take forever to answer a call light. May be pretty but that's it!!#

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The building might be pretty but don't let that fool you. Staff made up lies about my father and when I tried to talk to them about it we really did not get anywhere or resolve it. I dropped it until I could get him out of there. I am now writing a letter to the owner and the administrator. Seems there is too much estrogen and drama among some staff members who apparently like to jump to conclusions and yell at patients.
