I rent from this company and they treat you like shit and talk to you like a child. I put in work orders and they dont get response or even acknowledge they received it or will address it. They suck as a property management company and i would never rent or recommend them to anyone. My fridge was going out and they told me i was responsible for the fridge... like what 0/10

The snow plowing service at TGHOA is absolutely terrible. They did not even bother to show up today.
Been dealing with a garter snake infestation for 2 weeks now. Still no word but " it's the same as a service for the refrigerator or stove." 15 snakes and counting in 2 weeks and nothing but rent paid on time, utilities paid on time, and snakes still in our laundry room. If there was one regret I have in life, its renting from Garnet real estate services. Putting our rent in escrow tomorrow. It sucks that good people cant be treated fairly. (Could not upload video of other snakes)
we have been complaining about a Garter snake infestation in our laundry room and entry way since October 9th and have only gotten " you have to give us time. it's just like a stove or refrigerator being out request." we've had 14 snakes and counting since and still nothing. no peace of mind or nothing. I will NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
They are not trustworthy. Horrible people to work with.
