Our dentist recommended Dr. Garrett for my son's braces. The whole braces experience was completely new to us, so we didn't know what to expect. Consequently, I was in a very observant and questioning mode....for months: "Who is this doctor? How good is he? Will he listen to my son's concerns? Will he listen to my concerns?". It wasn't long before my observations happily acknowledged how focused and competent Dr. Garrett is. Front office staff was always warm and accommodating! In fact I had no change the other day and needed to park I San Luis- Kathy riffled through her purse in order to help me out! The back office was always kind and professional... My son loved going-even when they tightened his braces!
Other than appointment times being a bit difficult to schedule, the staff and care was great.
We were very happy with our experience. The team was very professional and friendly. We felt welcomed. Dr. Garrett came highly recommended by our dentist and I see why. He was friendly, professional, answered all of our questions and made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter & I both love the way the office is decorated too. We were entertained just looking at everything. It has a very calming feel to it. Thank You.
