Liz is excellent at staying on the billing side of business without being pushy or too foward...she is really good at what she does...my son got bands so is a little uncomfortable but you guys are always professional, diligent and on task!

I really appreciate that estimated time is given in advance and is pretty accurate, and that appointments are on time. Having said that, I wish there could be more flexibility in appointment times. I realize that you are balancing your many patients with limited office hours in a given location, but it makes it challenging that my kids have to miss school (and I have to take time out of work) to take them to appointments during the school day, even for a 5-minute adjustment of something. Your staff is always friendly and efficient. The office runs smoothly and patients are seen on time for the scheduled appointments. We have never waited more than about 3 minutes.
