Our loan experience was not pleasant. While Gary and the Capstone Home Loans team was very responsive, our loan officer did not seem to understand our loan. I did like the service that was provided to get the closing done, but there seemed to be a lot of missing pieces leading up to closing. I know Gary mentioned multiple times about a 30 day closing time being difficult because of the industry.
