In the surgery packet it says your breasts will change daily and they're right. Wearing your bra is key with Bellesoma method. Your breasts will take on the shape of the bra so the proper size and shape bra is crucial. I bought 4 different brands in varying sizes. The one I found on Amazon has been the best for me.
