I had another great experience at Gary's in Madison with one of the store managers, DaveT, last Friday, 5/31/19. Not only did he help me with some high end Brunello for my wine club tasting later that night, but he was also super helpful in fulfilling my high standards for Bourbon by educating me on some of the rare bottles in the store... leading to a large purchase and a very happy customer. Thanks!!
Always find the wine I come for and more. Great selection, prices and knowledgeable, friendly staff! Gourmet department is a plus.
I have been going to Gary’s for over 25 years. It is THE only store to shop for wine. Gary, and his entire team, are extremely knowledgeable , friendly and courteous. They know me, know my taste in wine, and always make recommendations to me!

Great selection of tasty cheeses
Everything went well. Good service although there was a mix up on the address. You sent the driver to Washington Street instead of Washington Avenue, which I specified. However, the driver contacted me when he got to the incorrect address so the delivery got to me within the time promised. The driver was very courteous

My experience was fine. I had a question answered perfectly as I shopped and the checkout woman was very nice.
Some employee is always on hand to recommend a few wines for a special snooty wine club dinner and help me make the choice. It always seems to be well-received by the wine connoisseurs . Then, they nicely accommodate me—for same dinner—by printing out info on the winery and the wine chosen. Plus, the guy at checkout is also very nice. Thanks for being a wonderful resource for our alcohol needs!!! Wants. Kathy Havens
