Everything went well. Good service although there was a mix up on the address. You sent the driver to Washington Street instead of Washington Avenue, which I specified. However, the driver contacted me when he got to the incorrect address so the delivery got to me within the time promised. The driver was very courteous
Good selection of premium wines. Shipping is as promised
My experience was fine. I had a question answered perfectly as I shopped and the checkout woman was very nice.
Some employee is always on hand to recommend a few wines for a special snooty wine club dinner and help me make the choice. It always seems to be well-received by the wine connoisseurs . Then, they nicely accommodate me—for same dinner—by printing out info on the winery and the wine chosen. Plus, the guy at checkout is also very nice. As always, the people at Gary's are helpful and knowledgable. If they can't answer a question they will find the person who can. A level of service seldom seen anymore.
