I ordered a mixed case of superb Italian wines, and was told that they were having a sale on all Italian wines just then. They spent a great deal of time with me on the phone while I placed the order, in order to ensure that they had it logged correctly to confirm the order for a birthday party at midday the next day. I worked with Jamie on that call, and she was just a delight in every way. Fantastic organization!
