I HIRED MARCOS GARZA FOR MY SON'S DUI CASE AND HE WAS THE BEST PERSON TO HANDLE HIS CASE. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARES ABOUT EACH AND EVERY CLIENT THAT HE REPRESENTS. ANY OTHER LAWYER MY SON WOULD HAD GOT CHARGED WITH THE DUI , BUT MARCOS GOT IT REDUCED TO A RECLESS DRIVING AND 6 MONTHS PROBATION. I THINK YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH HIM. Not only a great lawyer, but an even better person. I'm thankful to have had him represnt me for my DUI charge. My case was kind of strange to begin with.I was stopped by THP for wearing an "illegal" motorcycle helmet, then it evolved into the DUI charge. I had a difficult case, -so I thought, where I thought I did very poor on the field tests. Marcos was somehow able to get my case reduced to a reckless driving diversion which means that my criminal record will be clean after 6 months.
