I called the office on Thurs. afternoon and had an appointment for the next day, which I liked...no waiting. The staff was very helpful, kind, knowledgable, and answered my questions quickly. Left court today and I honestly feel like I have won the lottery. Marcos was absolutely amazing. He really does care....no seriously...he does! Always prompt with returning calls and e-mails. He has an omnicient way about him, knowing what the DA is going to say/do, and having a back up to retailiate.

He's worth every single penny! I ended up getting off with a reckless driving and 180 days on a scram monitor. It's not the most pleasant thing to wear, but it keeps my freedom. All of the other charges were dropped and expunged. I didn't even have to pay any fines, just my court costs and cost of the scram monitor! I honestly feel that no other lawyer could have talked the DA down that much since there wasn't much evidence in my case to fight back with. Marcos is the best out there. I would recommend him to anyone!
Marcos Garza did a fantastic job representing me on not just one occasion, but (unfortunately) on multiple occasions. I was charged with a DUI 2nd offense, possession of paraphernalia, and simple possession. Mr. Garza got all the charges dropped for reckless driving. I could not ask for more. If I ever need to hire a lawyer again, it will be him.
Marcos was excellent and upfront in his assessment of my case. It is a difficult case to defend. But, he went to bat for me with the DA's office and I am able to keep working and going on with a semi-normal life.Even the judge commented that after reviewing my case, I had hired myself an excellent attorney.
