I have lived at Gateway Apartments for 24 years. I have watched the community evolve. It has always been a nice place to live. I must say, I think Gateway Apartments are at their best right now and keep getting better. Kelly Diltz, along with Tracy and Terri keep the office and the community running smoothly. These woman try very hard to make all the Gateway Events perfect for the tenants.Thanks to Billy, the grounds are beautiful and spotless. John, Paul and Jonathan in maintenance make sure all problems are cleared away. ... read more

my mother has been here for 3 years ,the staff and maintenance are great ,the neighbors are great and feel like family.

We have lived at Gateway for 2 years. It is a great place to live. The apartment is well designed and greatly appreciated. We are very comfortable living here. The staff, including maintenance, are very pleasant and very professional in their actions. They are eager to help and are quick to react to any problems that we have. We could not ask for anything better.

I have lived here at Gateway for five years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartments are attractive and very well maintained. If something needs repair or replacement it is handled immediately. The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. I certainly would recommend Gateway Apartments.

I only moved in 5 days ago. Everyone has been friendly (staff and residents) and helpful. Nicely kept up with many amenities like the exercise room, sitting areas, fire pit and picnic area to name a few. I am very happy to be here.
