I am looking to Sublease my 1bed/1bath at the Republic. Rent is $840/mo. which covers everything (yes, even WiFi/cable) except electricity. AUGUST RENT IS PAID AND WILLING TO PAY SEPTEMBER RENT AND HALF OF OCTOBER There’s a washer/drier included in the unit. It’s within walking distance to campus and pet friendly. The apartment is here GATEWAY AT HUNTSVILLE it will be $900 a month starting from July 31, 2018-July 31, 2019. Hey yall! Looking for a female to take over my lease for bedroom C at the Villas starting in August 2017- July 2018. I have 3 other female roommates who are nice and sweet. You get your own fully furnished room which is spacious and private with it's own lock on the door, attached bathroom, and walk-in closet. Plus a kitchen and washer/dryer downstairs.
