Verified Renter Rent is way too high for a community whose only amenity is the pool for residents and a pool table. Cost to value is not worth it. Management team is okay, they do what they can with what we got and always friendly. Package room is a nightmare 9 times out of 10.

Verified Renter The management team are superstars. Gracie and David are the best. They make sure you feel welcomed and always willing to help in any way possible. Gym is not always crowded. With it being a nice gym you would think it would be.
