It Peels, Cracks, or Flakes - Than Good Luck!**** ****Must Read**** In April 2019, we had our garage floor resurfaced and coated by Garage Floor Coating (GFC) of Columbus who has since merged with Gator Guard in 2022. This is a 3-car garage that was used to store high-end sports cars for 2 of the past 5 years so there is very little traffic in or out. LIFETIME WARRANTY: Prior to the installation, the sales rep, Tyler, told us there was a lifetime warranty and if there were any issues including the apron which commonly fail they would repair it at no charge in the future I say this because they actually repaired concrete on the apron and future failure was a concern.
