Taken our dogs to Gatton Veterinary Surgery on a few occasions and absolutely loved the service until today’s experience. Issue with our dogs lump in he’s neck was well described over the phone to the surgeries manager/vet and we were told over the phone it would be a $70 consult which including syringing the contents of the lump to find out what it could be. Lump was felt by hand by another vet at the surgery and said to be an abnormal lump in the cartilage and that a specialist will probably be required due to the locatio... read more

always happy to take your money out of pocket $500 because instead of looking at my pups toe they decided it must be fractured therefore a x-ray was needed before anything else, no it wasn't fractured or broken . Thanks again for making this time after Christmas even harder

I'm not impressed. Dropped my girls off to get desexed today at 0900hrs. I go to pick them up at 1600hrs & was told that they're still on the operating table. I get home at 1730hrs. They are so drugged & can hardly open their eyes. What happened to their post-op observations to ensure their safety?

Thank you for being so kind and caring with your patients. I had my Skittles in again yesterday for her annual shot - I did appreciate how gentle and understanding you are - (I am not sure Skittles agrees) she slept all afternoon and did not even ask for her evening walkies and was not out of bed this morning. She is feeling a little under the weather after her shot - but this is normal for her - and will be herself again tomorrow. We give you 11/10

Not happy put my cat into get desexed Friday, picked her up Saturday and she died Sunday, as far as I'm concerned you guys killed my cat and also two of those ladies there were very rude to us. I also found out that 3 other people have experienced the same thing with you guys. Will not be recommending you guys nor bringing any further pets to you.
