This was my first time using Gaughf Dermatology and unfortunately the email I received validating my appointment indicated that it was at their Pooler office. I arrived 30 minutes early, but the door was locked. After waiting another 15 minutes I called the main office and they informed me that the Pooler office was closed on Thursday's and my appointment was actually at the Stephenson office. I have been going to this office for several years. Staff are very friendly and professional, procedures are well explained and the offices (have visited 2 separate locations) are clean and very pleasant
I went for an annual skin scan. One small lesion was removed and others investigated. The assistant and doctor were very professional, answered all questions, and once I got in, things moved quickly. I will go again. The only downside was that I had a 3:45 appointment, and didn't see any health professional until 4:45. If they knew they were running as much as an hour late, I would have appreciated a text.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gaughf for several years. My first visit, she immediately spotted a tiny mole on my throat that seemed innocuous to me. It was melanoma. I continue with my visits for melanoma and some other skin issues. I would not consider going anywhere else. Every aspect of the business is run very professionally and I have many times recommend her to others

Pleasant, professional demeanor but seemed a little rushed. Exam was very quick and, while acceptable, I’ve had more thorough exams from other providers.
