My visit was great. Dr. G and her nurse were very nice and thorough. I had a scar frozen and a keratosis removed for a biopsy. I was told to call if I had an issue. Two weeks later my biopsy site was still sore and red. I tried to call 5 times to ask if I needed to come in about it and my calls were not answered. I am disappointed to be ignored after the nice treatment I received in the office. Not sure I would recommend them now.

Appointment with Dr Gaughf's PA Amy went well. Amy is very personable and friendly. Had to wait 30 min past appt time, sadly to say this is typical of most doctor offices.
They addressed all my concerns and had all info ready and available. They were knowledgeable and kind. I believe Christina assisted me and she was great!
I visited Dr Gaugh yesterday April 14th for treatment, as always the experience was exceptional and her assistant is always super courteous and makes my visits very relaxing , always A #1.
