I would highly recommend Dr. Gayoso to anyone seeking plastic surgery. I am a 68 year old woman who now has the torso of a 30 year old. Dr. Gayoso gave me breast implants and the mommy makeover. The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful. The nurses at Bayfront Hospital also raved about what a great doctor he is and how much they enjoy working with him. That was another confidence booster.

Dr. Gayoso is a consummate professional! He's also awesome in the "bedside manner" arena. No need to look beyond this practice. Honorable mention to tje amazing Jessica--the practices Physicians Assistant! Really, you have no reason to look anywhere else go in for a consult and you will be amazed. I have had two surgeries with another likely, & I would not go anywhere else. My circumstances involve reconstructive surgery...
I would recommend Dr. Gayoso to the majority of people going for an augmentation. I think for those interested in going large (over 650cc) I would tell them to err on the side of caution. He did a great job with mine but they are not perfect. There is some asymmetry with the areolas and I had very bad stretch marks that are slowly fading. Other than that I had a great overall experience. He would be great for someone interested in smaller implants (less than 650cc) who doesn't have any prior stretch marks. Dr. Gayoso is truly an artist... I am more than pleased with the results from my breast reduction and feel so much more confident then I could have ever imagined. Aside from his amazing work, Dr. Gayoso and his staff made me feel at home from the very first consultation to my post operative check ups. I felt and continue to feel so well taken care of.
