Previously Parkway auto body, now g&c auto body. I brought in, Tim inspected. Submitted a detailed description for AAA which was authorized. I didn’t realize how detailed the report need to be, but indeed it was needed. The specific parts were ordered. While waiting for them to be delivered the paint was matched. Careful communication with text messages let me know when to come in and saved me a few days of needing to rent a car. I visited G&C Body Shop in Dublin, CA, thinking there was a significant dent on the side of my car. Tim was incredibly helpful—he explained that the issue wasn’t as severe as I thought and quickly fixed it with a simple remedy. He also guided me through the insurance process, making the claim much easier to handle.
Highly competent, trustworthy and service minded. I needed a minor repair. One shop told me $2,500. G&C fixed it for in $200. Cannot recommend them enough!
Excellent service. Knowledgeable & very friendly staff. Auto Body Tech was awesome - excellent work. Repairs were completed on time as promised. Communication throughout was very very good.
