ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this company almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything about them since. can't even cancel the order to get my money back to get glasses elsewhere. their customer service sucks, no one replies to you ever
The clear frames had gray color on top and pink below. After a short while all the color faded and now they just look clear. Called to complain and nothing was done. Can’t send the glasses back with my lens prescription in them.
They are cheaply made, my grandsons are falling apart after wearing them for 1 week! They are crooked and the sides are loose, had to bend them back in shape and they are plastic frames. How could they put a 3 1/2 yr. old in these!
