I recently contacted this neurology office to schedule an appointment, and my experience was frustrating from the start. The front desk staff answered the phone from a distance, making it difficult to hear her until she properly picked it up. When I asked for the name of the office, she seemed annoyed by my request. New patients beware! Today I contacted this office as a new patient to schedule an appointment with this neurologist, based on his outstanding reviews. The receptionist advised the practice REQUIRES for the new patients to bring in their previous neurologist’s records to the appointment.
