We use Gem for all our transportation needs at home and once we've reached our travel destination. Professional and courteous drivers are punctual and the ride is always clean and comfortable. Wouldn't travel with anyone else.

We use Gem at work and I've never heard a complaint. They keep up to date with flight arrival times, and they are ready if there is a change. The drivers are able to find the fastest route to your destination, considering whatever traffic is happening at the time.
