I want to say thank you to the entire staff here. Tey were sweet, gentle and very professional with our special needs child who dislocated and broke her elbow. Going to this place instead of the big hospital ER was dramatically different!
I walked in with an allergic reaction, had an IV and meds on board before I could even be scared about what was happening. Thanks to the Emergicare staff for taking great care of me. Hopefully I won't need ER services again but if I do, I will be back!

Why would an urgent care that is right next to a public education campus not take the insurance for these public educators? What community is being served?

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept any insurance that pays us less than cost. We serve our local community by providing fair and reasonable self pay rates that are lower than any other ER in town.
