It was a great experience. My grey hair was a good covered and nice highlight. Groupon covered all my fee. I gave only tip for a nice lady. Groupon was a good deal!!!!!!
I asked Blake, my creative hair stylist, to choose a style for me. She was amazing! She didn't let me see her work until done. When she turned me and my chair to the mirror - Wonderful! I made a 4-week appt for a root touch-up. Excellent customer service and personable stylists and staff! I loved the brilliant color and soft look and feel!

If you are unhappy with service of student or hair result talk with the instructor at time of or during service. It is a learning experience for student. The students are taught to be professional which includes customer service. Have tact and be polite with your complaint. I've had my hair done at federal way gene Juarez for years. I recently spoke with an instructor about customer service from student. I was listened to, treated with respect and thanked.
Allow plenty of time for appointments. These are students and they can be slow.

It does take longer than normal but I knew that ahead of time. The gal I had was professional.
I have been to the Academy in Mountlake Terrace, WA twice now....The service and attention to meeting the expectations of patrons is wonderful!
