Before recent events I would have given Genesis 4-5 stars. However, their lack of professionalism and indifference to patient needs really ruined my opinion of them. Got a diagnosis back in Nov 2023. I started seeing a nurse practitioner shortly thereafter for medication management. Continued this with no issues, up until November of 2024. Bad experience all the way around. Denise NP first appointment didn’t even know the medications I was prescribed. I went over the five medications I was prescribed and she sent in one and was like oh I thought it was one … like we literally went over this. On top of that she asked for blood work. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Genesis. I went in expecting a comprehensive autism evaluation, as that was what was explicitly stated during the initial consultation. However, after going through their process, it became clear that no such evaluation was actually conducted.
