Was so pleased to see office back to its old self. Under new management and all seems to be smooth. Love seeing Destiny, Dr Susman . Will always be loyal. Love this place.
STOP!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is horrible and dishonest. The orthodontist (which is not even affiliated with Gentle Dental. it's a traveling orthodontic team and never disclosed to us) prayed on my daughters low self esteem about her non-symmetrical jaw line, the orthodontist said it would be corrected with braces so they sold us over $5k in braces. We had nothing but problem from the beginning, having to return numerous times the next day after an appointment for broken brackets they just repaired or placed, they s... read more
I've been on hold for almost 15 minutes because I have to call to check that a doctor will be on site. I have arrived to multiple appointments for no doctor to be on site and was asked to return for a second appointment each time. So I have been told to call and double check that a doctor is there. Which is ridiculous.
