My review is for the Geary street Gentle Dental next to petco in Albany: The disrespect for me as a person, and a paying client that was done to me there was insane. Last week when trying to schedule at OHSU dental clinic I was told I needed a referral, so I called there to Gental Dental on Geary and was told they would not refer me and I would have yo go there. Been waiting for over a month for my appointment, they called me at 730 to cancel my appointment because their dentist wanted to take an earlier flight home. I’m in extreme pain and needed to see a dentist today but they didn’t care. Apparently their cancellation policy only applies to the patients and not their dentist. Would not recommend.
Threw me out and refused me service over ex-rays. I was scheduled to get a tooth extracted. I had already taken numerous ex-rays (8+) two days ago at their Lebanon office, which then they referred me to Albany office because they don't extract teeth in Lebanon. I get to my appointment (in Albany) on time for the extraction and they tell me I need an ex-ray. I ALREADY HAD EX-RAYS two days ago!!! What gives? Easy answer. Horrible!!! We drove from out of town for this appointment, they asked us to wait in the car then after an hour I called because no one ever came to get us! We were obviously forgotten about. Once they realized that knowing we had come from out of town they asked us if we wanted to reschedule and come back another day! NO!!
