Horrible!!! We drove from out of town for this appointment, they asked us to wait in the car then after an hour I called because no one ever came to get us! We were obviously forgotten about. Once they realized that knowing we had come from out of town they asked us if we wanted to reschedule and come back another day! NO!! I took half the day off to be here today when asking how long of a wait it Would be we were told they couldn’t give a eta could be hours could we wait in the hot car all afternoon and possibly still not b... read more
