The staff is top notch here. The people are kind, from Cindy at reception, to the dental assistants, to the dentist. I used to have to take anxiety meds just to go to the dentist. Those days are gone. At this office, they are gentle, professional, friendly and informative. I like that they let you know what the plan is, as they explain what they are doing before starting. Everyone was very nice. There was a very short wait time at my appointment. Had a tooth pulled and the oral surgeon was excellent. He gives shots very good and did an awesome job pulling my tooth. It came out quickly and painlessly. Definitely knows this stuff.
A long journey to the point I am now, but this service from the front desk ladies is impeccable! They have been very helpful in helping me with my dentures and remembering who I am when I come in! Dr. Andrew’s did an amazing job of explaining and keeping me informed about my removals. He was quick and thorough through the process! 5/5 he understood what I needed and was more than happy to help! I wish I could remember the receptionist that got me an emergency appt after she talked to her supervisor when every other dentist was 2 to 3 months out. Thank you both so much I was in severe pain at the time! Also the staff there is very friendly. Thank you all at Gentle Dental you were a blessing!
I came in for a "sit and wait" appointment. I had to wait from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but they finally were able to work me in and the dentist took care of my broken tooth very quickly. She gave me all of the anesthesia that I needed to be comfortable and she and her assistant both had a lovely demeanor.
