BEWARE — this place is a total scam. I’ve never experienced a more predatory dental practice in my life. They pile on hidden fees, try to upsell unnecessary procedures, and pressure you into things you don’t need. They even tried to remove my permanent retainer after I explicitly told them not to! I had my dental cleaning covered in full by my insurance for a few times at Gentle Dental since 2023. My dental insurance was changed in 2024 and I updated the new insurance info to Gentle Dental right after my cleaning session 7 months ago. I would say the services has been hit and miss, but im mostly frustrated with the billing department, others have also commented on random charges. My husband was charged for fluoride but didn’t get it. Plus 6 months ago they messed up my daughter’s bills, charging one daughter for both appointments which caused my insurance company to reject the payment, they said they would fix it but it has been 6 months and nothing has been sorted despite multiple calls and emails. I would avoid this place if you can. It feels like they are more interested in making money from you than actually helping you. They ran me around for 5 months telling me they would help with a loose crown implant, including seeing an oral surgeon to see if the implant was the problem. Then they told me they don't have the tools to replace the crown of the implant (which is what I told them originally was the issue). Like I said, they are more interested in making money off of you than actually helping you. Avoid if you can.
