Everyone at Gentle Dental Ballard is amazing! From the front desk all the way across the board everybody takes great care of me! I have massive Dental phobia, or I did, because actually Gentle Dental is greatly reducing that visit by visit. You used to have to knock me out with a tack Hammer to get me to the dentist and yesterday I did a fairly big procedure with only nitrous . Every single person was so kind! I get very nervous going to the dentist and today was my first visit at this location. I had nothing to worry about! Gentle indeed. They listened, explained, and were so nice and positive. I can’t recommend the team here enough. I am actually looking forward to coming back in 6 months. Thank you all. Thank you so so much!
Dr Jung has an excellent bed side manner. He is also quick, efficient but still thorough. Admittedly their office and phone line system is a nightmare to navigate. It proved extremely difficult to get the initial first time client appointment! One star in the that regards!
I would never get dental care here. This business does not keep their property clean - trash is constantly overflowing all over the parking lot. I’ve seen rats running through the area. These pictures are by the front entrance. It’s disgusting!
Do not go here. I made an appointment and asked that they let me know how much the charge would be with insurance. They said they would call me back before my appt to let me know cost. The day of the appt they still had not informed me of cost so I called to follow up. Turns out they never made the appt and told me they're closing early and can't see me. I was so confused.
