I was told by your doctor that I had 5 small cavities and required a deep cleaning. All of which cost $900. I found it odd that I had cavities since intake really good care of my teeth by brushing and flossing frequently. I cancelled my appointment with Gentle Dental and went back to my old dentist office. My old dentist did a xray and cleaning for $90. The doctor said my teeth were healthy and NO CAVITIES. Gentle dental tried to scam me out of $900 and do a procedure that I didn’t need. I was really impressed with Gentle Dental in Ballard, actually. They were super friendly and were able to extract my wisdom teeth in such a quick and comfortable manner. I was nervous about the appointment for obvious reasons, but they made me feel extremely taken care of & well informed. The oral surgeon was great. Thanks guys!

Pleasantly surprised how nice the waiting area is. Receptionist behind the counter were very welcoming and professional. While waiting I got very thirsty, one of the receptionist gave me a cup of iced water. Sorry I am not very good remembering names. Doctor’s assistants. X-rayTechnologist, and Doctors were really very nice. First time patient. I’m so grateful to be taken care of by such a wonderful group of dental care professionals. Thank you very much HT

I have been thinking long and hard about whether to send this review. I think it needs to be said. I have NEVER had a doctor/dentist try so hard to be be right about something to the point that he kept pushing a treatment that was not needed AT THIS TIME, and that even the specialist said that I did not need at this time BUT I COULD IN THE FUTURE. The dental hygienist Don/Dom was amazing! He went above and beyond for me. He truly cares about his patients and made sure my dental bridge was done perfectly by advocating for what was best for me. I felt genuinely heard and well taken care of. Dr. Kumar was also exceptional and helped make the experience comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Thank you!
