When this journey began, my daughter was not keen on getting braces and since I had never had them we didn't know what to expect. Dr. Slivka and his staff were informative, patient, and encouraging. My greatest concerns were the constant bruxism occurring throughout the night and my daughter waking up with sore jaws; least to say half way into phase one this is not a problem anymore. It's a process and I look forward to doing this myself in the future. Thank you!
It's been around 4 years and I finally got my braces off and I couldn't be any happier! I went through countless procedures and appointments ranging from having teeth pulled to cutting into my gums with a laser. When we first started this process I wouldn't have thought my teeth would look this good; however, Dr. Slivka and everyone one else did an unbelievable job! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone! It was well worth the long 4 years!
When I first saw Dr. Slivka, my bite was pretty badly messed up. I was constantly biting my cheeks. I also spent a lot of time clenching my jaw and grinding from time to time. After finishing up with all of my treatment my bite has been fixed and I have no more TMJ issues. Couldn't be happier! Thanks doc!!
