This location is extremely unprofessional. I had a dental appointment for an urgent case that I needed to be seen in the emergency room for. I made an appointment with this location explaining the issue. An appointment was made for today at 12:30. I get there at 12:20. I check in and wait. At 12:30 the receptionist comes to me and says “the doctor is running behind and wants to know if you can come back at 2:30 or 3:00?” I asked why wouldn’t you call me before or at least say that when I checked in? I have been calling for the past week and half and no one seems to either answer the phone, I can’t leave a voicemail so someone can call me back because it’s full, or the 2 receptionist I spoke with has not followed up with the request I called for. I had my braces treatment there and all I want is a reprint of my retainers and I don’t understand why I am going through so much hassle to get them. The absolute worst customer service i have ever had! They have only one orthodontist that comes in like once a month. If your kid has an issue, broken bracket or something, they cannot help you. My son has had a broken bracket, that has since fallen off, its been months and they cannot help him. Also, he is now due to get them off, they scheduled an appointment weeks afo and just told me they can’t do it on a Saturday and then next weekday appt is a month away. What a total letdown.
