It's all in the name! Gentle Dental is centrally located using bus or T or car. Desk staff is competent and courteous. Appointments are easy to get on short notice. The hygienist was careful and thorough and put me at ease. The price structure of services is reasonable. I definitely plan to return for further consultation and for followup work.

Friendly service is key The staff of Gentle Dental Cambridge is extremely courteous and professional. The administrative staff in the front was very friendly, answering all my questions and offering advice. The dental hygienists did their job with great efficiency. And the dentist himself was very forthright and empathetic...not traits you always find in doctors. I can honestly say I enjoyed a visit to the dentist...

Great Service I was pleased by my first visit to Gentle Dental Cambridge. I was able to get an appointment in the week after I called. Each person with whom I interacted, both on the phone and in person, offered professional, friendly service. My questions were quickly answered, and my teeth looked and felt great after my appointment. I highly recommend using their services.
