They are 100% amazing. I was petrified of dentists and had to finally go because of a dental emergency. It said gentle so I picked them. They are truly 100% gentle but the best part is they get to know patients and genuinely care. They also take time to explain things and answer any and all question. I was comfy enough that I will now go without hesitation. I did need some work done and it was done exceptionally well. Costs were told up front with no pressure too. Thank you Dr. Hiess and staff!! Highly recommend them.

Gentle Dental is the best Dental office I have ever experienced. From the beginning of making the very first appointment to the very end when all the work was finished that I had done. (back 4 yrs ago) The whole staff is amazing. I was there this past Friday 12/17 for a small issue I had and before I knew it, I was done. Everyone is so polite and kind, they make you feel so good.
