Asistí,por que me promocionaron,una póliza mensual por 23 Dlls,alo cual asumieron,sería para apoyar mi economía,al principio muy amable una señorita manejadora procendete de filipinas,me ofreció múltiples tratamientos,a los cuales excedían los costos de mi bolsillo,unos de los tratamientos que me ofreció fue brakes o frenos,con costo de 8000 Dlls alo cual estaba fuera de mi presupuesto, me propuso generar el crédito a nombre de mi esposo para ver si lo aprobaban alo cual si paso,pero peor aún me propuso que llamara alguien m... read more

Th I s place is charging my bank for work they did not do. Do not fill out credit thing with sun bit . Went there with tooth pain and sat in chair 2x while they just added up all the work they could do. I ended up going back to my family dentist to get pain resolved. And now they are bolling me for 2 crowns they didn't put in . Keep getting run around

This is the WORST DENTIST office in Carlsbad.  They never communicate and their CORPORATE OFFICE seems to not want to do anything.

The jiffy lube of dental care. Gentle Dental does have an amazing dental hygienist—Joy. For cleanings you truly can’t find a better person. She is amazing, thorough, and very professional. From there, it falls into a rotating cast of perhaps competent people. I’m sitting outside their office at 8:15 am (they claim to open at 8 am) with an infection in my jaw that’s a result of a procedure I got talked into that I really didn’t need.
