This is the WORST DENTIST office in Carlsbad. They never communicate and their CORPORATE OFFICE seems to not want to do anything.
The jiffy lube of dental care. Gentle Dental does have an amazing dental hygienist—Joy. For cleanings you truly can’t find a better person. She is amazing, thorough, and very professional. From there, it falls into a rotating cast of perhaps competent people. I’m sitting outside their office at 8:15 am (they claim to open at 8 am) with an infection in my jaw that’s a result of a procedure I got talked into that I really didn’t need.
