I found out that I had a new hygienist. While he was very proficient and seemingly knowledgeable, I prefer a scaling of all teeth. He scaled two. Can I have someone else next time?

I can honestly say this is the worst ran medical office I've ever been to. My second visit I had scheduled a cleaning and a filling, after my cleaning I sat it the waiting room for OVER an hour before the staff came in to tell me my dentist had called in sick that morning (my appointment was at 1pm), and i could not receive my filling that day. On the day prior to my appointment, I received a call from the dentist office. I was informed that my insurance was inactive and that I should call the office. I knew that this was incorrect because I have automatic deduction and I could see where the deductions had not been interupted. All though everyone was very nice, I had to wait almost a month, in pain, to get my tooth taken care of. I feel that was way too long to finally get treatment.

Doctor is great but the office staff especially that front desk receptionist needs lessons in customer service!

The lady that does the check out takes to long she was talking to everybody I had my appoitment at 2:30pm doctor and especiales were very nice and quick by 3:15 pm I was done with them two just to do the appotment took longer I didn't leave until 5pm
