Excellent care! I just had a cleaning with Traci. She is beyond AMAZING! I normally have a lot of anxiety and some pain during cleanings. And since I haven't had a cleaning for years thanks to COVID 19, I was extra nervous because I knew I needed a deep clean. Tracy was kind, gentle, patient and very professional. She used some numbing drops and I didn't have any pain whatsoever. My teeth look and feel great now. I would highly recommend Traci to everyone!

I absolutely love my dentist Dr. Stephen Campbell, my hygienist and all of the rest of the staff at the Corvallis location of Gentle Dental. They are amazing, kind, no wait time and all around nice people. I normally don't like going to the dentist when I have to get fillings done, but, Dr Campbell made it pain free with no wiggling of the needle stuff. I recommend them to all.
Last week I had a nasty tooth abscess that began over the weekend. Desperate to get the tooth out, I called around for a dentists able to see me in ASAP who also took Oregon Health Plan insurance. Gentle Dental got me in that afternoon. After a few X-rays and gentle pleading the dentists agreed to extract my abscessed tooth on the spot. It was done, quickly and efficiently. I was very very happy! Thank you Gentle Dental for the essential emergency dental work!
Wonderful assistance to an out of town visitor! Searched all over town for dental wax and found it here, finally! Helpful receptionist, Emily, found what I needed and gave it to me at no charge! Grateful for this kind assistance, thank you!
Dr. Welch is the best. She is considerate, professional and was concerned that I was not feeling any pain. After multiple visits (two crowns) I would not hesitate going back to her or recommending her to anyone wanting a great dentist.

I recently went in for a cleaning and the quality of service I received was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and also very professional. Some people feel anxious and/or afraid in going to the dentist: These staff just talks to you about different things and helps you think happy thoughts while they help you achieve a brighter smile. I left with a bag of goodies after my cleaning.
Gentle Dentals ability to communicate to their patients, in a timely manner regarding appointment related updates and changes that impacts the patients scheduled appointment times, is severely and abhorrently lacking. Improvement is needed.
