This used to be a great place and I've been going there for years because there was a great dentist...until he retired. Unfortunately, his replacement doesn't even come close. He doesn't wash his hands before he does his examination, he doesn't even show his face, just sits down in the chair behind your head and says hello. Very impersonal and quite frankly, the whole atmosphere has changed and has gone way down hill. Gentle Dental truly does its name justice. I have never been accidentally poked or hurt or anything here and the doctor and the entire staff is always so nice. My appointments start on time, the work they do is very quick, so it's great for a cleaning during a lunch hour. I highly recommend them.
Super friendly. I hadn’t been to dentist in awhile due to fear and they were kind and professional. Got 3 filings and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
Professional and efficient! Plus super nice hygienists. I have been going there for years. I just had two crowns replaced and the dentist made it as quick and as painless as possible!
Walked a mile to get here in the blaring heat with in the business hours, made it into the building at 5:10 when they close at 6 on Wednesdays and the receptionist sitting at the front desk just looked up and shook her head up at me, didn’t say anything about why they had the door locked or that they were booked for the day. I just was looking to schedule an appointment and wanted to see the place in person. Would give zero stars if allowed.
