Your office is a beautiful and quiet space. Your receptionist was so helpful and patient. The young assistant who started my dental experience and did xrays was beautiful and so gentle. She was good in her requests for how I could position my mouth, etc. for a particular film. Dr. Holland was gentle and thorough. I liked that he listened to me in my questions and concerns for my teeth. I found the best dentist group! Well done, Gentle Dental!

Excellent onboarding as a new patient. The front office staff sorted out my details before I arrived. X-rays and exam were carried out as expected. The assistant and doctor explained what they were doing snd finding. They engaged with me and created a follow up treatment plan. Periodontic referral is quick, but the office does have a long backlog for hygienist visits. Many thanks to Wanda, Velinda, Danielle and Dr Holland!

First of all, they don't schedule your first exam and cleaning at the same time. If you need to arrange for time off keep that in mind since they can't be bothered to respect your time enough to warn you of that. Then, they stated to me they require blood pressure reading for all services. I've never had my blood pressure monitored at a dentist but I have been monitoring mine with my PCP and it has been consistently in good ranges in clinical tests so I was not concerned. I really like the staff. They have a 10 min grace period which I understand, but I arrived at 8:12 for an 8:00 apt. My initial visit I waited 45mins before I was taken back to start my appointment. I also find it frustrating that if you need anxiolytic medications they will not let you pick up the Rx until the day before the procedure. Which then does not give a lot of time to get the Rx filled. And what if people work that day and they can’t pick it up? Then what? 5 stars to the assistant and support staff. DR. Holland was disrespectful. Tapped my gap with his tool and asked if I wanted to "fix that", didn't explain anything even though I said it was all new to me and I was a bit nervous. The assistant was the most informative and polite, I wish I remembered her name. The front desk staff went above and beyond. But the dentist was completely rude. I switched to another place that was a bit pricier just to have a more humanizing experience.
