Excellent onboarding as a new patient. The front office staff sorted out my details before I arrived. X-rays and exam were carried out as expected. The assistant and doctor explained what they were doing snd finding. They engaged with me and created a follow up treatment plan. Periodontic referral is quick, but the office does have a long backlog for hygienist visits. Many thanks to Wanda, Velinda, Danielle and Dr Holland!
Your office is a beautiful and quiet space. Your receptionist was so helpful and patient. The young assistant who started my dental experience and did xrays was beautiful and so gentle. She was good in her requests for how I could position my mouth, etc. for a particular film. Dr. Holland was gentle and thorough. I liked that he listened to me in my questions and concerns for my teeth. I found the best dentist group! Well done, Gentle Dental!
I am new to this practice, Gentle Dental provided specialized dental services and the experience was extremely professional. The Dr. and the assistant that performed the work was attentive to my medical needs and I felt well cared for. It was much appreciated.
5 stars to the assistant and support staff. DR. Holland was disrespectful. Tapped my gap with his tool and asked if I wanted to "fix that", didn't explain anything even though I said it was all new to me and I was a bit nervous. The assistant was the most informative and polite, I wish I remembered her name. The front desk staff went above and beyond. But the dentist was completely rude. I switched to another place that was a bit pricier just to have a more humanizing experience.
If you can get to see the dentist the experience is okay. However there is no direct line to the actual local office so it makes communication extremely difficult. I was going to this dentist for approximately one year for overdue dental work, this culminated when I ended up taking 2 hours off at work at a busy job, and was late by ten minutes and wasn’t able to call because there is no local number.
