This used to be a great place and I've been going there for years because there was a great dentist...until he retired. Unfortunately, his replacement doesn't even come close. He doesn't wash his hands before he does his examination, he doesn't even show his face, just sits down in the chair behind your head and says hello. Very impersonal and quite frankly, the whole atmosphere has changed and has gone way down hill. Gentle Dental truly does its name justice. I have never been accidentally poked or hurt or anything here and the doctor and the entire staff is always so nice. My appointments start on time, the work they do is very quick, so it's great for a cleaning during a lunch hour. I highly recommend them.
Had my first cavity and i was stressed but it went well. Everyone was so calm. The whole thing was super fast! No pain. I had a great experience. Also love the fire pit in the seating area outside the office. Pretty! So happy it’s all done now. Great doctor and DH!

The dentist took the time to explain my treatment options clearly, and I never felt rushed. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Scheduled my first appointment and assumed I was good to go, I told them I needed their earliest appointment time because I have work first thing in the morning. So I get there and they asked me for my insurance information and to fill out the new patient paperwork via the link in the text message they sent me.
