I got my wisdom teeth extracted with sedation and everything happened so smoothly and safely. 100% recommend getting it done at the fairwood location. All the staff were well informed of my procedure and the doctor was so sweet and reassured me of all of the risks and precautions. Very smooth and quick! 🙂 Everyone involved in my care was very helpful and made me feel safe getting the procedure done.
Dr. Bassi and Diego for the win! Best experience I've had with a dentist in YEARS. Kept experiencing "business dentists" who lie about procedures I didn't need. Quite the contrary at GD Fairwood. She even took off glue that had been in my mouth for 15 years... no other dentist bothered to do that for me. Thanks all! Found my new dentist :)
I had a teeth cleaning today, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The doctor seemed rushed, spending only 10 minutes on the cleaning, and missed several teeth. When I got home and checked in the mirror, it was clear my teeth hadn't been properly cleaned. I've been a patient for 4 years, and this experience was very disappointing, especially since I paid out of pocket for this service. I will never come back and will be searching for another place. I usually have a great experience here at Gentle Dental. However, today when I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was rude and had an attitude. She gave short, dry one-word answers to my questions and she didn't make me feel welcomed as a patient. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Her attitude was soo bad, I was about to hang up on her or tell her to just forget the appointment. I hope she gets replaced. Dr Gupta is AMAZING. She is gentle and kind. She understands my dental anxiety, and never makes me feel rushed. She is very calming, and makes me laugh every time I visit. I no longer FEAR visiting. It's just... Another appointment. Everyone should have her as a dentist. Or... A copy of her. I saw her first. 😂
